The last time we saw Walker was in season 2 of Yellowstone, just after Jamie Dutton killed journalist Sarah Nguyen. Rip had help from Walker to cover up the murder. And then they took Walker to the train station in Montana. Here, Walker was suspended from Yellowstone by Kayce Dutton so that murder doesn’t emerge. Then we witnessed Walker’s surprising come back in the eighth episode of the third season.

In the final episode of the third season, we saw Walker being taken hostage by Rip and Lloyd again. Things were getting complicated. Rip, with the help of Jamie or Kayce, can kill Walker so that the murder does not emerge. Besides, Kayce did not obey Walker’s death order from Jamie and his father. That’s why killing Walker seems like the only option for them.

But there is also opposite theory about their rivalry. This theory is “Is Walker going to kill Rip?”. Kayce gave Walker a chance to work on the ranch. Therefore, the battle between Rip and Walker will reach a peak in Yellowstone Season 4. We believe that Walker is going to kill Rip so that he will be relaxing. Nevertheless, while it’s hard to kill Rip, possibility to kill him is pretty high.

Moreover, in a scene in season 3, we saw that vultures were wandering over Rip which means bad things will happen to him in the next season. Even his initials are R.I.P. So it’s clear that he’s going to die in some part of the show. This may be a clue to be given to us. Maybe it’s just a coincidence. We will wait and see.
