She’s appeared in such films as Mighty Aphrodite, Fight Club and Les Misérables. She’s best known for her collaboration with acclaimed director Tim Burton in films such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Dark Shadows and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. She also played the role of Princess Margaret in seasons 3 and 4 of Netflix’s The Crown.

Since 2018, 56-year-old Bonham Carter has been in a relationship with art historian Rye Dag Holmboe, who’s 21 years her junior.

David Thewlis

The 59-year-old actor David Thewlis is also in the cast of Enola Holmes 2, but his role in the film hasn’t yet been announced. He became famous for his role in the 1993 black comedy Naked.
