But now, they must work together to destroy the Devil King, the one true villain of the show.

There have been 2 seasons of Konosuba thus far and the 1st season had 10 episodes all of which aired in 2016. Konosuba’s 2nd season, which aired in 2017, also included 10 episodes and it is expected that Konosuba Season 3 to have 10 episodes in total. There was also a film titled KonoSuba: Legend of Crimson and it was released in 2019, if you have liked the show and have not checked the movie yet, we highly recommend doing so since the film is a direct sequel to the 2nd season.

The Konosuba anime series is known in Japan as Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo, and all the amazing action scenes with a humorous plot are based on a popular light novel that Natsume Akatsuki wrote and Kurone Mishima illustrated. The KonoSuba light novel series came to a conclusion in 2020 but we are still waiting for the producers to come up with new seasons.
Even more, the author says she still intends to create more Konosuba novels in the future, so the fans can expect some novellas or spin-offs to enjoy. He is presented as a sardonic, trollish, sluggish, and downright pervert but he is also smart and brilliant, and he always comes through in the end, which gives a reason for the fans to keep watching the show.
