Warrior Nun Season 2 Ending Explained
In the Warrior Nun Season 2 finale, the goal is to prevent Adriel from ruling Earth and ensure that his demons don’t use their powers. For this purpose, Ava takes the Crown of Thorns and goes to the kingdom and communicates with Reya, who is her former master.
When Ava’s communication ends, she wakes up and the scene is chaotic: Beatrice and Vincent are fighting. She stops them and says she knows what they need to do to get out of this situation. The Halo Bearer has something to hide: All it takes to defeat Adriel is to unleash the power of Halo and detonate the Divinium grenade in Michael’s chest, but it also means sacrificing herself.
The nuns head to Adriel’s cathedral, where they look for a way to retrieve the Arc, which he will use to drag Reya to Earth and imprison him. But Arc is not here, Jillian lied to them. It turns out that Ava has told her that for their sake she must lie to Jillian. Before Ava kisses Beatrice one last time and says goodbye, she confesses to the plan she and Michael had.
However, although their plans made sense to them in the opening, they have to face some things that went wrong. Lilith takes the bomb from Michael’s chest. Ava gets into a long fight with Adriel and Lilith, is heavily injured after their struggle, but manages to detonate the bomb. Adriel, whom Ava fights with, quickly recovers and confronts them with a painful truth: Adriel cannot be killed.
Just then, something comes to Camilla’s mind and she immediately takes action. He destroys the cross Adriel used to defeat Halo, reminding Ava of something she learned long ago.
She summons the Tarasks through Halo, and with their attack, Adriel appears to have been completely destroyed. So let’s hope it’s gone forever, and it doesn’t appear out of nowhere in Warrior Nun Season 3! Shortly after this happened, Reya arrives and sends the Tarasks back.
Let’s face it, this is not a happy ending, in addition, it leaves a lot of question marks in people’s minds. First, Ava is injured, and it’s unclear how soon she will recover and regain her strength. Lilith thinks there will be a war soon and warns Beatrice.
And the final bombshell comes in the post-credits scene. As we can see, Beatrice is leaving the cult! How does this happen, what will be the consequences, who will replace Beatrice? Our only hope to learn all and more is that Warrior Nun Season 3 meets us as soon as possible.
Is Warrior Nun Worth Watching?
If you like productions based on comics and in addition, productions with female protagonists make you proud, Warrior Nun is for you and worth watching!
Although the story seems to be a very predictable production at the opening, you both get caught up in the flow and very different things happen in the most unexpected moments, which refutes this argument.
In addition, the characters of the production are very realistic as they are parallel to the personalities we have in normal life. Normally, you expect a character with superpowers to be either good or bad. However, this is not the case in Warrior Nun, you witness both the good and bad sides of the characters. You can love someone very much in one episode and hate in another!
