Gather around everyone, Netflix has a new rom-com called That’s Amor, available to stream on the platform as of August 25! You may already know that Purple Hearts (2022), another romantic comedy that came out a few weeks ago, made it to Netflix’s Top 10 most watched movies of all time, with more than 22o million hours of views in its 1st 28 days. This probably means we’ll see more romantic comedies on Netflix, and That’s Amor is one of them.
Following a young woman, Sofia, who loses her job and relationship on the same day, That’s Amor focuses on Sofia’s journey of finding love again, with a dashing Spanish chef. You may have already watched the film and started thinking about some of the actors you’ve seen on the screen. Perhaps you’ve seen them in other movies or shows, or they are entirely new to you.
