High Heat Cast - Ages, Partners, Characters

José Ignacio Valenzuela, who also created the Who Killed Sara? Television series is the creator of the Mexican drama streaming television series High Heat. The show will have its Netflix debut on August 17, 2022, in every country.

Let’s briefly look at the plot of this series.

Poncho sets out to track the murderer and exact retribution because he wants to look into his brother’s killing more completely. His trail goes to a fire station in a residential area of Mexico City. He enters the fire station covertly and starts his investigation while carrying out the hazards of his regular fireman duties.

Olivia, the sole female fireman at the station, is one of his coworkers who help him in his quest for the truth after learning Poncho’s true motives. Ricardo Urza, accused of killing multiple women, is also nearing the end of his prison term. As his recovery program progresses, he makes every effort to take over as guard chief and searches for explanations for both himself and his child, who is unaware of his past.

Polo Morín

Leopoldo Morn Garza, also known as Polo Morn, is a Mexican actor and model. He was born in Celaya, Guanajuato, on November 3, 1990. In 2011 he played Osvaldo a murderer in the series La rosa de Guadalupe and interpreted as a character gay in Gossip Girl: Acapulco.

In 2014 he was chosen by Juan Osorio to play “Nando” in the telenovela Mi corazón es tuyo. In 2015 he won the “Favorite Actor” award at the Kids Choice Awards México for his performance in Como dice el dicho.

He debuted in the cinema in the film Fragmented, directed by Douglas Elford, which was recorded in Mexico in November 2013. And in 2015, he recorded the film Sobre tus huellas, which premiered in Mexico on February 22, 2016. At the end of 2016, after auditioning for the casting of El Bienamado Morín was chosen to play Jordi De Ovando in the interpretation El Bien Amor.

Eduardo Capetillo

Actor and musician Eduardo Capetillo Vásquez were born in Mexico on April 13, 1970. He was created in Mexico City. He is a member of the Capetillo family, which has a long history of bullfighting.

Eduardo Capetillo won the festival Juguemos a Cantar, where he won second place with the song Mi grupo toca Rock (My band plays rock), later launched by Orfeón Records. He participated in the Spanish theatre version of Grease, Vaselina, and recorded his first telenovela in 1983, Martín Garatuza. Eduardo entered Timbiriche, replacing Benny Ibarra, and sold over a million copies of the album of five songs, Alcanzar una Estrella.

Oka Giner

Oka Giner, also known as Okairy Alejandra Giner Arredondo, is a Mexican actress best known for playing Bárbara Fuenmayor in the 2013 Mexican television series Gossip Girl: Acapulco. She was born on November 30, 1992, in Camargo, Chihuahua.

Giner attended a university for a short time before leaving to successfully apply to the Centro de Educación Artstica, a free theater school run by Televisa.

Itat Guadalupe Cantoral Zucchi, a Mexican actress, singer, dancer, and producer, was born on May 13, 1975. She is of Italian and Spanish ancestry. She is most known for playing Alejandra lvarez del Castillo Fernández “La Licenciada” in Televisa’s telenovela Hasta que el dinero nos separe and Soraya Montenegro in the telenovela Mara la del Barrio (1995).

Cantoral played the female villain “Raquel Villavicencio” in Televisa’s Sin Pecado Concebido. She was Sally Bowles in Mexico City’s Teatro Insurgentes production of Cabaret. In 2009–2010, she gave life to the character of Alejandra Alvarez Del Castilo in hit telenovela Hasta que el dinero nos separe. She starred in the Telemundo telenovela Bajo el mismo cielo which began airing on July 28, 2015. In 2018, she was part of the CD tribute to her father “Roberto Cantoral: Siempre Vivo” with the song ‘Me Esta Gustando’.

Esmeralda Pimentel

Esmeralda Pimentel is a Mexican actress and model (born Mara Esmeralda Pimentel Murgua on September 8, 1989).

In 2009, she started a career in the media by taking part in television ads and promos. She entered the “Centro de Educación Artstica de Televisa (CEA)” to study acting after competing in Nuestra Belleza México, where she placed in the top five, and made her acting debut in Verano de amor in 2009.

Mauricio Henao

Colombian actor Mauricio Henao Serbia, born on February 16, 1987, in Armenia, Quindo, is most known for his work on Telemundo’s telenovelas.

Henao grew up in Colombia until he turned 12 years, then moved to the United States, where he studied at Cypress Creek High School.

In 2012 he won his first significant role in the MTV teen drama series Último año. In 2013 he participated in the last chapters of the Televisa telenovela La Tempestad. Señora Acero gave him more acting recognition, and he lasted three seasons as a regular cast member.
