The news is according to a teaser given at the end of the show and the same information was made available on the official website. On the official website, the announcement was as follows: “It has been confirmed that the last season of the TV anime Attack on Titan will air on NHK General TV in 2023, and in addition, a teaser video has been published. Mikasa, Armin, Levi, and other Survey corps, as well as Reiner, Falco, and Gabi, who work together to stop Eren, will meet you once more.”

Mark your calendars for 2023 because Attack on Titan will celebrate its 10th anniversary with Attack on Titan Season 5. We are expecting that Attack on Titan Season 5 will most likely have 9 episodes unless they stay loyal to the manga, but we do not think so. We are also expecting the new episodes to be released in January or February of 2023.

Attack on Titan’s Final Season is a little bit complicated because it now has 3 parts, each having its own storyline. In Part 2, the speed decreased and we expect Part 3, AKA the Attack on Titan Season 5 to have 8 to 13 episodes but it all depends on the manga and the producers’ decisions.

We hope they will take the opportunity to take their time with the events in the final episode because we have waited a lot, and we are also expecting some new materials and journeys, maybe some new faces. There are also rumors that Attack on Titan Season 5 may even continue beyond the happenings of the manga’s final chapter.

Attack on Titan’s final season Part 2 concluded on April 3rd, 2022 and there was a lot to digest for the viewers: twists, betrayals, and revelations about the stars of the show, Titans.

In the end, we have left at the point where our main characters were in pursuit of Eren and there were hordes of Titans who have awakened from their slumber in the walls all thanks to the events of the Rumbling.

The Rumbling happened in the hopes of preventing Zeke from taking the human ability to produce from the ones who could transform into titans. Armin Arlert (Marina Inoue), Mikasa Ackerman (Yui Ishiwaka), and the surviving Scouting Regiment members banded together, so expect to see them in Attack on Titan Season 5. Annie Leonhardt, who is now wakened up, Reiner Braun, and the other Marleyans teamed up to stop Eren.

We are hoping to see Zeke, Eren, Armin, Mikasa, Annie, and Reined in Attack on Titan Season 5.
