Theo
Theo has been reincarnated as a vampire when he was about to die and his family was deliberating whether or not to kill him as a hunting family but it looks like his mother will not let them kill Theo in the First Kill ending.
Juliette, in attempting to save Theo, turned him into a vampire and he is now longing for the blood of the vampire who has changed him. Julliette provides Theo with her blood and the Burn family retakes him. Talia refuses to kill him but she asks for a brief encounter with Theo before agreeing to murder him.
Regarding Julliette and Ellinor, we also have news. Julliette tells Ellinor what transpired to Theo, and Ellinor blames both her and Calliope. Julliette later took the keys to her closet, and it looks like she was collecting her victims there. She takes the keys and hands them over to the officers, and it is decided that Ellinor is a sociopath who enjoys killing others for pleasure.
First Kill Season 1 Ending Explained
Juliette
In the first scene of the First Kill season finale, Calliope is shocked to see her brother Apollo hugging the dying Theo, and we were as shocked as she was. Apollo does not know what killed Theo, but we later learn what happened and who did it in the First Kill ending.
Juliette concludes that her sister Elinor played a role in Theo’s demise, and she refers to Elinor as a heartless killer. In the Burns household, the family feud intensifies because they learn that Theo has been transformed into a vampire. Talia disagrees with Jack’s determination to murder Theo in the First Kill ending, and he is battling his transition into a full-fledged vampire at the same time. Juliette comes as Apollo battles to keep Theo under control but he must consume the blood of the vampire who initially transformed him to calm down.

Calliope is astounded that her girlfriend transformed her brother into a vampire, and their relationship takes a different turn afterward. We also learn during that scene Theo asked for assistance when she was feeding on the blood around his body. Later Juliette fed on his blood and turned him into a vampire unintentionally. She claims that eating his blood might have triggered something that turned him into a vampire, and she did not do it on purpose.
As expected from her harsh demeanor, Calliope broke up with Juliette, and the pair parted ways. On the other hand, Talia’s mission to help Theo remained unwavering and she made him run away before his family kill him. The First Kill ending was a true rollercoaster, and we just need more.
