The South Korean romance drama film 20th Century Girl, which featured Kim Yoo-Jung, Byeon Woo-Seok, Park Jung-woo, and Roh Yoon-Seo, was directed and written by Bang Woo-ri in her feature film debut. The setting of the film, which examines friendship and the novelty of first love, is the year 1999. On Netflix, it became available on October 21, 2022.
The plot, which takes place in 1999, the final year of the 20th century, revolves around Na Bo-ra (Kim Yoo-Jung), a 17-year-old high school student with an outgoing and athletic attitude. Yeon-du (Roh Yoon-Seo), Bo-closest Ra’s friend, had been planning to travel to the United States for heart surgery when she suddenly announced that she couldn’t go because she had fallen in love at first sight with Baek Hyun-jin (Park Jung-woo), a student at the same school who she only knew by name.
While Yeon-du is away, Bo-ra swears she will follow Baek Hyun-jin, learn everything there is to know about him and email everything she learns. Yeon-du leaves feeling assured.

Kim Yoo-Jung
Kim Yoo-Jung, a South Korean actress, was born on September 22, 1999. She made her modeling debut when she was four years old for a candy company. Byeon Woo-Seok
Actor and model Byeon Woo-Seok was born in South Korea on October 31, 1991. He is well-known for his work in the movies Live Up to Your Name (2017), Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency (2019), Search: WWW (2019), Record of Youth (2020), and Moonshine (2021–2022). He has garnered significant acclaim for his starring performance in 20th Century Girl (2022).
He originally made his debut as a model in 2015. In the SBS historical drama Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, where he played Ha-boyfriend jin’s in a supporting role, he made his acting debut in 2016. He received positive reviews from viewers for his performance as Do-Joon in the JTBC television series Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency.
Roh Yoon-SEO
Actress and model Roh Yoon-Seo was born in South Korea on January 25, 2000. Currently, Roh Yoon-Seo is a Fine Arts major at Ewha Woman’s University. Roh previously attended Sunhwa Arts School, Jungshin Girls’ Middle School, and Jamjeon Elementary School.
In 2018, Roh Yoon-seo began her career as a model for advertising for cosmetics, including “Allure Korea.”
Han Hyo-Joo
A South Korean actress, model, and singer named Han Hyo-Joo was born on February 22, 1987. Jung-woo was born in South Korea on January 19, 1996. The movies Squid Game (2021) and 20th Century Girl made Park Jung-woo famous (2022). He has recurring appearances in Hospital Playlist 2, Fly, Butterflies, Team Bulldog: Off-Duty Investigation, and D.P. (Netflix / 2021).

Ong Seong-wu, a South Korean singer and actor, was born on August 25, 1995. He is well-known for his participation in the 2nd season of the survival reality series Produce 101, where he placed fifth, and for being a former member of the boy band wants a One, which served as the show’s inspiration.
