The movie VIP 2 Lalkar is a sequel to the 2014 movie Velaiilla Pattadhari. The plot follows Raghuvaran as he wins the Civil Engineer of the Year award, and he’s now an executive partner at his company. His success brings him a job offer from Vasundhara Constructions but kindly refuses. Later on, Vasundhara and Raghuvaran present the same project for a private medical college and hospital. Raghuvaran wins and offers his insights to Vasundhara. This offends her and she begins to go after him.
The movie is focused on the rivalry between them, and we see many ups and downs throughout. It was directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth. You can catch it streaming on Hulu!
2. Vivegam

Vivegam is a dual-timeline movie. In it, we see a man’s past altar the reality of his present. In the past, Ajay Kumar (AK) lives happily with his wife Yazhini, who owns a restaurant. Their peace is broken by a woman named Natasha, who cracked the codes for plutonium weapons and is causing a disturbance. AK goes to Serbia to search for Natasha and manages to do so. He moves her to a safe house, and she feels guilty for her actions. She had no idea about the codes she broke and offers to defuse the remaining weapons.
On their way to the site, they are ambushed by a team and Natasha dies while AK survives. AK learns that his ex-teammate is a counter-terrorist and has his eyes on him to take the blame off of himself. AK has a very challenging situation in front of him. Will he succeed? We’ll see! The 2017 Indian Tamil language film was directed by Siva. You can catch it on Hulu if you’re an action-thriller guru!
3. Waqt Hamara Hai

Vikas is an unsuccessful student, repeatedly failing his exams. He’s also in love with his colleague Ayesha. One day, Vikas’s father’s accountant has a nephew (Sunil) and he’s set to be a student at Vikas’s university. Sunil is a troubled person and has a bad temper. They meet each other in the canteen and have a fight then and there because of Mamta. Sunil is in love with her and can’t stand seeing Vikas talk with her.
Afterward, they become friends and meanwhile uncover a bag containing “Crypton”. The terrorist group unwillingly left the bag in Vikas’s car, and when they return to take it back, it’s of course missing. The group kidnaps Vikas and Ayesha and Sunil and Mamta go to try and rescue them. This is where it gets really messy, and it is a thrill to watch it! The 1993 romantic action-comedy film was directed by Bharat Rangachary and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

4. Zubaan

Zubaan follows Dilsher as he grows up with a speech impairment and stammers. His father used to be a reciter and after his death, Dilsher developed a fear of music. He comes to Delhi to meet with a businessman who he met as a young boy. Dilsher befriends Tulsi Ram, who works on one of Gurcharan’s projects, and learns more about him. He tries to get closer to Gurcharan but instead get’s a job in a music show. There he notices a girl (Amira) dancing to a song.
But he manages to swap his place and gets to meet Gurcharan. Humbled by Dilsher’s appearance and hires him. During a party, he meets Amira, and they bond. One day Amira hears Dilsher sing and falls asleep to his voice. When she wakes up Dilsher tells her that he’s not interested in singing. In the end, Dilsher finds out the real person behind all that is happening to him and decides to leave Gurcharan. Upon returning he reaches out to Amira and reunites with her!
5. Vikrant Rona

Inspector Vikrant Rona is assigned to search for the death in the village of Kamarottu. Upon his arrival, there’s an attempt to kill him but he escapes. He then takes charge of the investigation and finds the corpse’s purse with a note in it. While looking through the woods, there’s another attempt to kill him but he manages to escape again.
The recent turn of events intrigues Panna as well, and she joins in on the investigation. The investigation soon becomes attributed to the supernatural, and things get even darker than they already are. The action-adventure thriller film was written and directed by Anup Bhandari and was released in cinemas on July 28, 2022. You can also catch it streaming on Hulu as well!
6. Ziddi

Ziddi follows the story of a stubborn and hot-tempered man named Deva. He’s feared because of his actions toward the local hoodlums. He gives them ruthless, and severe punishments. He’s also vigilant about the well-being of his family (his father, brother, and sister). Deva attracts the attention of the three crime bosses of his city. These men are plotting to kill the CM and frame Deva for the crime.
But their plan doesn’t work out as Deva comes to the scene on time to save the CM and moves him to a secure location. As the movie progresses, more truths come out, and Deva avenges his sister and brother’s deaths. The Indian action film was released in 1997 and was directed by Guddu Dhanoa. The movie became one of Bollywood’s biggest hits of 1997 and grossed a total of US$5.4 million at the box office!
