Her flaw is that she is actually hampered by co-dependency, which was unfortunately caused by an alcoholic mother.

As the opposite of Princess Carolyn, Diane was first seen as an insecure young woman who relied on others. She is one of the Bojack Horseman characters who you can see in real life. Like many of us, she also suffers from sadness and a persistent sense of emptiness, and all the fingers are pointed at her family! Diane is not shy though, because you can see her confronting Bojack by putting his most intimate secrets in a screenplay for Philbert.

Many viewers first saw Todd as a careless couch potato, but he is also a compassionate, genuine, and inventive human being! Most characters miss and underappreciate him and what he is trying to achieve, yet he deserves as much love from the fans, just like how Kelsey shows his passion towards him every time he sees him.

We know Bojack for being a selfish disaster, but he actually is one of the show’s most beloved characters, and let’s admit it, you would not watch it if he was not in the show. Why you would ask, and the answer to her problems is probably the same as the other characters: because of the family! Her mother wanted her little child to be a celebrity and nobody cared about her by the time she was thirty.

Known as BoJack’s mother, Beatrice Horseman had no affection for him when he was a child. She is the reason for most of Bojack’s troubles but BoJack accepted her poisonous remarks eventually. We see her as a nagging inner critic throughout the show, so it is no surprise that Beatrice feels angry and spiteful in the eyes of the fans.
8. Wanda Pierce

Wanda is first seen as extroverted and fun-loving, but the truth is not limited to that. Later in the show, we see her suffering from despair and bewilderment and she ends her relationship with BoJack after admitting she can’t deal with his gloomy and negative attitude.
